I had a minor plumbing issue, so thought I would call A Hardy. Left a phone message to call me back to see if he could help me. 5 days later still waiting on that call back. I had a leak under the flooring, near the water tank, Adam diagnosed the issue quickly and came up with an excellent cost effective solution of replacing the pipework entirely above ground, while switching off the old pipework under ground. This avoided ripping up the floor, which would've been messier and more costly to resolve.
