I had a minor plumbing issue, so thought I would call A Hardy. Left a phone message to call me back to see if he could help me. 5 days later still waiting on that call back. In the meantime, someone else did the job. Poor customer service. I won't be phoning this company again.

Adam contacted us really quickly and came to do the job the next day. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the job done. We will definitely use Adam again.

I had a leak under the flooring, near the water tank, Adam diagnosed the issue quickly and came up with an excellent cost effective solution of replacing the pipework entirely above ground, while switching off the old pipework under ground. This avoided ripping up the floor, which would've been messier and more costly to resolve. Job was done neatly and to a high quality standard, at a reasonable price.

Very pleased with quality of service. Adam is very easy to talk to, has great standard of work and worked to teh agreed quote. He will explain the work undertaken and give tips on future use. Feel like he is someone I can rely on and would use again.
