Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised me that my washing machine would be fairly expensive to repair and I would probably be better off buying a new one. He very helpfully recommended some more reliable alternatives. While our appliance could not be saved without a new chassis (the machine had pulled itself apart), Andy was extremely helpful providing informed advice on replacement brands and models, in particular on their reliability and repairability, so we were able to select a replacement quickly from one of the big online retailers.
