Helpful and friendly service

Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised me that my washing machine would be fairly expensive to repair and I would probably be better off buying a new one. He very helpfully recommended some more reliable alternatives. Although no work was carried out, I would definitely use him again if the need arose.

While our appliance could not be saved without a new chassis (the machine had pulled itself apart), Andy was extremely helpful providing informed advice on replacement brands and models, in particular on their reliability and repairability, so we were able to select a replacement quickly from one of the big online retailers. Very personable, professional service. Will book again.

The two guys came and did a good job of analysing the fault with their app, removing a faulty sensor and replacing it with one guaranteed not to fail. Very good service. They even had a look at an electric hob while waiting for the wash cycle to finish and again diagnosed the fault swiftly.

Quick reliable and knowledgeable team. Arranged a visit within 24 hours to find the fault with my dishwasher. Found the fault and a new part was needed. As soon as the new part arrived they came that day to fix. Gave great advice for future issues. Will definitely use again and have recommended them to family
