The engineer contacted me by telephone to discuss the job and gave me a fixed price there and then. He arrived when he said he would, was professional, polite and courteous, and completed the job successfully. I am very satisfied.

Truly excellent - fixed my washing machine on the first visit, for a very reasonable price. Great service too - my initial enquiry was responded to within a couple of hours (late in the evening, way past normal working hours!), and the machine was fixed 36 hours later. Very friendly and helpful, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Great service and communication. Arrived on time, got straight to work, found the fault and carried a replacement part to complete the repair. The price quoted was exactly what we were asked to pay. Would most certainly use his company again.
