Very professional polite & tidy Great job

quick and efficient

Very prompt response. I contacted AGW on Friday late afternoon and had a lovely chap attend on Monday morning. My oven was beyond repair sadly, but very happy with the service overall. He explained the issue and gave some advice on purchasing a new oven.

Out built-in, 12-year old oven tripped the breaker a few times then would stay on but not heat. Graham phoned back within a few minutes of our leaving a message, and arranged to come round the following morning. I was able to give him the oven and visit details using WhatsApp. When he arrived, he had the appropriate part with him and fixed the oven quickly, tidily and at a reasonable cost.
