he was unable to find the satellite , He said it was the wrong LMB so promptly changed it for one from his van . again unable to find the satellite. this time blaming the scaffold which he previously said would not be a problem . Eventually he said he had alligned the dish to the satelite and once the scafold was down the picture would return . he said he had no work booked in so all we needed to do was call him and he would return and fine tune if needed,. He charged Ā£169 for this . the next morning the scafold was taken down. no picture and no signal . called Dan he refused to attend .Verified reviewerJob location: NP44Response from Aerial Services Wales
tried realign satellite but scaffolding was blocking the signal We was contacted to come back out to try again and at that time we did not have a satellite meter due to being stolen we explained that will come when we get new one customer said cant wait

If you are having any television problems, we are here to help you. We provide our services on the same day you call us.
Services we provide include:
- Install Digital Aerial - Get between 30 and 170 Freeview and radio channels with a digital aerial installed in your home. 1 time payment with no monthly subscription fees. Up to 5 years guarantee.
- Install Satellite Dish - Receive up to 170 television and radio channels with a Freesat.
- Box. Option to upgrade to a recordable Freesat box to watch your favorite programs anytime you like. 1 time payment only and no monthly subscription charges. Up to a 3-year guarantee.
- Multiroom Television Points - Freeview or Freesat television points in any room of your home/business to receive up to 170 television channels. Amplifier will be installed at additional cost if the signal is too weak to split.
- Television Installations - Set up your new television on a stand or mounted on your wall (up to a 65inch television).
- Bird Spikes - Bird Spikes can be installed onto your aerial or satellite dish to prevent birds landing on them and blocking your signal. Please note: This does NOT harm or endanger birds.
- Diagnostic test - A free diagnostic test to find out why your Freeview, Freesat or television is not working or the reason behind your television having poor/weak signal.
- Removal of Existing Aerial and Satellite Dish - We can take down your old, unused, or unwanted Aerial and Satellite systems including cables.
- Realign Aerial or Satellite Dish - If your signal is weak or been disrupted by a storm, we can adjust your Aerial or Satellite dish to provide you with the best possible signal for your area.
- Cable Runs and Extensions- If you are looking to move your television in your house, we can replace damaged coax cables and extend your existing cables to fit your new layout.
- LNB (Low-Noise Block Downconverter) Replacement - If your satellite dish is in good working order but your LNB (plastic signal receiver on the end of satellite) is not compatible with your satellite receiver, we can change it to ensure your television picture is of maximum quality.
