    Signal problem

    We had recently moved house and were struggling to pick up a good TV signal. Upon calling Ben he arranged a day and time and rang me to say when he was on his way. He explained to me what he thought the problem was and after some testing this proved to be so. He talked me through the costing to eradicate the issue and provided a great service in installing what we needed. One happy customer with a fully working TV. I would 100% use his services again.

    New TV Aerial

    Top job from Ben. Replied to my query straight away. Booked me in straight away when I was available, rang and turned up on time. Before working gave me prices (worst and best scenario). Diagnosed the issue and replaced the damaged aerial and amplifier and left us with more channels than before!! Also left me some additional coax cable and connectors when I discussed adding a cable into our summer house! Top service. Highly recommend Ben for a complete, prompt service
