They came as promised and Harley the engineer explained what was required. After agreeing with him then proceeded to install the Aerial and connect it up to the TV for my Mother in Law in her Annexe. Harley was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He checked out the problem, gave me a quote, carried out the job, and explained what he was doing.
