My elderly mother’s external TV arial was leaning off the chimney. I left a message and Jon rang me back really promptly and arranged for an engineer to call the next day. Harley arrived at the arranged time. He told me what the problem was and gave me a quote that I thought very reasonable. He carried out the work within the given quoted timescale. He was polite, personable, professional and very efficient. He checked to make sure everything was working on the tv indoors before leaving. He took the old arial away. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.

James from Aerial Services Ltd did a great job efficiently and effectively: called ahead, came at the time promised, and left everything spotless, despite having to drill through crumbling red brick. Its great to finally have a digital signal!! Highly recommended!

James the engineer did an excellent job connecting our aerial system, which had been left incomplete by the previous owner. We had cables on either side of the living room but none where our TV is located. He carefully identified the correct signal cable, extended it, and neatly drilled behind the wall to bring the connection exactly where we needed it. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the result exceeded our expectations. Instead of having visible cables across the fireplace, everything is now hidden behind the TV.

Would highly recommend and use Ariel Services again; they responded promptly to my job post and arranged for an engineer to visit within 24hrs. My engineer, Daniel was both personable and professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my tv signalling issue. What I particularly liked about Ariel Services was that they don’t charge a call out fee but provide a quote for the job only once the engineer has identified the problem. There is no obligation to have the engineer proceed with the job but I elected to as their pricing was competitive.

Aerial services contacted me and we arranged a time and day for someone to come and take a look and give me a quote, a guy named Jason arrived on time and I was running a little late (15 minutes ) he kindly waited for me, took a look at what I wanted doing, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to do it there and then, he was totally professional, talked through what he was doing, was totally okay with my 3 big dogs, they were locked away lol, and he managed to do a excellent job in a good time, I could not of asked for anyone better, absolutely brilliant service. Thank you .
