Delightful experience with Rick and Jack. Alarm is great and the install was quick and efficient. Well explained in terms of functionality and ever so helpful at every step. I particularly appreciated the no pressure approach to the enquiry. Made the right choice with this company - and I feel that the customer service was exactly as I would like it to be done. After a very friendly visit from Rick to assess what we needed, we decided to go ahead. Rick was very knowledgable and explained in detail what the process was to get everything in place.
