I had Advanced alarms round to do my annual service on my security system, and decided to go for an upgrade on my CCTV system. Everything done to the usual high standards and on time. Advance Alarms have maintained our alarm system for many years after their rapid response to a Sunday emergency call out & have always provided great customer service. They are knowledgeable, courteous & do a great job at a reasonable cost. During this time we have recommended them to a number of friends you have been equally impressed. We have just had CCTV installed & they were very thorough in discussing the options available, took great care with the installation & gave a detailed explanation of the use of the system on completion. Have used Advance Alarms in various houses for the last 30 years. Rick and team have always provided a great service being reliable, professional and friendly and taking time to explain everything they do. Recently a fault developed with the front door sensor which meant the alarm could not be used. After phoning Advance Jack came round the same day - a Saturday - and fixed the fault. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Rick came round at short notice to quote for possible replacement of alarm keypad. He gave me a work around option rather than try to sell me a new alarm system and did the initial work that was required at NO Cost to me!! Excellent company, will use in the future.
