  I chose this company as they have always looked after my mum’s boiler. Mark came out to survey my property and advised the best boiler for our circumstance, which was to upgrade to a combi boiler, removing the old tank and resiting the boiler to the upstairs airing cupboard. The work was carried out within the quoted timescale. The guys did an excellent job. They protected my property and removed all waste and cleaned up when they were finished. The workmanship is second to none and we were kept up to date with what was happening throughout the process.

  Excellent APH boiler company from Clay Cross

  Edward and Evan were very professional and their work was superb. I am extremely pleased with APH advanced plumbing and heating company service from Clay Cross Derbyshire. The new boiler they installed is value for money, top quality workmanship and latest technology. I truly recommend this APH to anyone who needs a new boiler.

  Faulty boiler and subsequent replacement

  They came out to find out why I was having issues with my combi boiler. He was late but did turn up. He checked boiler and discussed what the likely issues were and options available to me. I decided to get boiler replaced which was done quickly. The engineer who came was early (I asked if they could arrive before 9 since had a Drs appointment and had to leave at 9 and it wasn’t a problem). The work was done, showed me how to work both the boiler and the new Hive hub and cleaned up after himself.

  Supply & Fit Bath Hose

  Had burst pipe under bath causing water to pour through into kitchen below. Called APH and was told be with us in 2hrs as on another job. Turned up within time. Explained problem & repair required. Said would send someone to do repair at 8.30am next day. Peter (I believe) turned up on time and was great, all sorted in less than an hour. Friendly, polite & respected property. Credit to APH. Thanks guys, would highly recommend!

  Installed coni. Removed cylinder and water tank. Really old system. Needed new copper pipes. Protected carpets and furnishings. Plumber worked well. Wasted no time. Floorboards up and replaced. Happy with work and plumper. Good job well done. 3 days work
