  taking out an old one pipe heating system and complete installation of a new heating system

  out standing work done by these guys from the first visit by Simon we had to have a complete heating system put in. Not one pipe was dropped from the ceiling and the laminated flooring was not disturbed. one of the team Karen had to crawl under the floorboards so no pipes are on show. They did make sure he was out before they put the floor boards back. it used to have a 1 pipe system so it was no good and with Simons advice on what radiators to have and where to place them. and telling us we could have the boiler downstairs instead of the loft fantastic work done by the team. highly recommend

  Boiler Installation

  Speedy service and very professional and friendly engineer that helped fix the problem. We couldn’t replicate the original issue but other things were fixed that may have contributed to it! Explained everything clearly and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!

  Boiler fitting

  Boiler was serviced, and was condemned at 1pm and we were told there would be someone coming the same day to do a full investigation, after 2 phone calls we made we were told they can’t make it and would come tomorrow. This was a bit disappointing. However, the engineers we dealt with Ebony and Peter were great. Peter fit our new boiler for us, quick, tidy, kept us updated with the progress and answered any questions we had and seemed very knowledgeable on all things boilers!

  Emergency boiler replacement fitted - Same day!

  Our boiler failed on a cold November Sunday night. I contacted APH first thing on Monday morning and by 4pm on Monday I had a new boiler installed, no mess, no fuss and a cracking tidy job. Simon Ellis was the plumber that came out, he was polite, left no mess or waste and explained fully how to use the new boiler before he left. Thanks APH!
