Installed coni. Removed cylinder and water tank. Really old system. Needed new copper pipes. Protected carpets and furnishings. Plumber worked well. Wasted no time. Floorboards up and replaced. Happy with work and plumper. Good job well done. 3 days work

They did a competent job; they just got on with it without fuss, and the installation is now neat and tidy. It turns out that there had been a misunderstanding, and the installer didn't know I had an old boiler to be disposed of. So: ten out of ten.
