Had a Samsung aircon unit fitted 4 days ago, Peter, Jamie and Johnny were respectful of property , endured my excitable dog and a pleasure to have in my home, we had good banter, communication from the office was excellent and again very friendly. The unit inside my living room was fitted and care was taken, the outside unit was fitted at a high level, all works very professional and very neat. Peter tested it & I was shown how to use it. They cleaned up inside and out and made certain I was happy before Support always if needed by a reliable company, perfect we are so cool ! Thank you APH.

Initially came to flush out the central heating system due to loss of efficiency. This revealed a serious problem with the boiler and so I elected to have a new one, still keeping rest of old system. Problems continued the new boiler did not improve the situation. Simon was called out to help his engineers access the situation ,this is day three. Multiple problems were diagnosed pumps diverter valves. Simon was excellent, the only possible solution was to fit a combi system. The cost problems were resolved. What a great company Peter and Olley fantastic engineers. I now have a working system.

Came out quickly. Professional and friendly guys. Gave clear explanation of system and the faults in a way that was easy to understand. Gave a competitive quote and completed installation of a new boiler the next day so disruption for our family was kept to a minimum. Once installed given clear instructions on how to use boiler and thermostat and the kitchen was left spotlessly clean.

out standing work done by these guys from the first visit by Simon we had to have a complete heating system put in. Not one pipe was dropped from the ceiling and the laminated flooring was not disturbed. one of the team Karen had to crawl under the floorboards so no pipes are on show. They did make sure he was out before they put the floor boards back. it used to have a 1 pipe system so it was no good and with Simons advice on what radiators to have and where to place them. and telling us we could have the boiler downstairs instead of the loft fantastic work done by the team. highly recommend

Oliver Wells installed our new boiler today and he was first-class. He was exceptional in all respects. He was extremely pleasant and worked very hard all day. He is a great ambassador for this company and we would recommend him without any hesitation. Thanks Oliver!
