  Excellent from start to finish. Daniel arrived, assessed the problem and got on with it, no messing about. Calm, thorough and great at explaining things. He went to the trouble of contacting Alpha for the documentation on my specific boiler rather than guessing, which gave me a lot of confidence in what he was telling me. He gave me options instead of pressuring me, serviced the boiler while he was here, and was completely honest with no upselling. Professional and genuinely nice with it. I also learnt alot from him too! Highly recommended! ⭐️

  This was the installation of a washing machine in an airing cupboard as no space in kitchen

  Dan and his colleague turned up on time and were professional. Their work was exceptional. I requested for a washing machine to be installed in airing cupboard as no space in kitchen and this was in a housing association flat who required a method statement for the completion of the works. Dan submitted the statement which was accepted. He spent half a day installing doing carpentry, cleaned and left the flat spotless. I would highly recommend Dan they are very experienced and I would use them again.

  I’ve had this company in two times now and they have been absolutely excellent very honest very straightforward. I’m very pleased and content with the work they have carried out and I will be calling them back from my work at my property. I would recommend this company for their straightforwardness and honesty.   Reliable, Professional and Went Above & Beyond

  Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was super responsive, reliable, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted properly. When the issue wasn’t straightforward, he came back promptly and completed the job at no extra charge, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was also friendly, respectful, and very accommodating with timings, which we really appreciated. Would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking plumber.
