Broken Gas Boiler Replacement

Our gas boiler broke down after making strange noises for two days. We contacted Advanced Boilers and Plumbing Ltd, and they responded promptly on Monday. Daniel attended the first visit, explained the fault clearly, and honestly advised that our 20-year-old boiler was not worth repairing. He gave a competitive quote and kept us informed throughout. Although availability was 3 weeks away, he prioritised us as we have a baby and arranged an earlier date. The installation was done efficiently by his team in half a day, and Daniel returned to carry out a quality check. Excellent service! -Mosta

My tenants were having issues with the boiler, water pressure, temperature and separately, problems with the gas hob. Daniel was brilliant - he did a full review and testing, provided photos and a detailed brief and quote for what was needed. He sourced all parts that needed to be replaced, and completed the fit. Very efficient, great at keeping you informed and finding a resolution he can fix asap. Definitely recommend.

Daniel quickly accessed the problem with our heating system and gave us a cost effective quote for what needed to be replaced. He completed the work professionally when arranged with no hidden costs . Even taking the trouble to check things with the manufacturer of our boiler. He was very courteous and patient explaining the problem . Would recommend him.
