Our gas boiler broke down after making strange noises for two days. We contacted Advanced Boilers and Plumbing Ltd, and they responded promptly on Monday. Daniel attended the first visit, explained the fault clearly, and honestly advised that our 20-year-old boiler was not worth repairing. He gave a competitive quote and kept us informed throughout. Although availability was 3 weeks away, he prioritised us as we have a baby and arranged an earlier date. My tenants were having issues with the boiler, water pressure, temperature and separately, problems with the gas hob. Daniel was brilliant - he did a full review and testing, provided photos and a detailed brief and quote for what was needed. He sourced all parts that needed to be replaced, and completed the fit. Very efficient, great at keeping you informed and finding a resolution he can fix asap. Definitely recommend.
