Your engineer came 8th November and diagnosed that the rubber seal on the door of the appliance needed to be replaced. This part was not ordered, or so we were informed, until 2nd December. The engineer called again on 3rd January 2025, but the part was not the rubber seal. He called again on 7th February with a rubber seal. He took apart the door of the appliance, tried to fit the rubber seal, and broke the door frame. We have been told that a new door frame is on back order, although having spoken to Neff, they have the part, but I am told you don't deal with them. Don't trust these people

I had a leak on a dishwasher which an engineer was booked to repair a leak but the machine would not power on. Being honest, the response I had from the engineer did not fill me with confidence, but I received a call from their office asking if they could send a second engineer. He really knew his stuff and I was happy with the reason for the machine failure. What was not so positive was the abilty to find out when an engineer was coming. I asked for an AM appointment if possible. When I called to confirm the time I was told the engineer was the last call of the day, he did turn up early.

The fault with my washer/dryer was quickly found, a spare part ordered and fitted promptly.

Good response to my initial enquiry and came with the correct part on the agreed date time. Knew what he was doing but needed some assistance from myself fitting it all back together

The work was completed promptly and courteously in accordance with the agreed time and cost estimate
