    Engineer phoned mid= afternoon to say i was the last call. He arrived and checked out my problem with the fridge/freezer, he knew what he was talking about Showed me what the problem was and how to sort it out, explained problems of where fridge/freezer was situated and how to overcome them. He also said if problem did not go away after restarting appliance to call firm back and he would call around again under the same call out fee. Very pleased with engineers visit, would recomend them, thankyou.

    Excellent Company and people to work with

    The booking and paying process was easy and efficient. The engineer who came to the property was excellent, he was pleasant and very knowledgeable and was able to determine the issues very quickly. Unfortunately he assessed quite rightly that due to the Fridge Freezer age he was unable to identify any suppliers of parts for it. He did try several alongside me but to no avail. This was disappointing but understandable and on reporting back to his leadership team about what he found and his thoughts the response back to me was exceptional. They delivered excellent customer care with integrity.

    Replace rubber seal to microwave/cooker door.

    Your engineer came 8th November and diagnosed that the rubber seal on the door of the appliance needed to be replaced. This part was not ordered, or so we were informed, until 2nd December. The engineer called again on 3rd January 2025, but the part was not the rubber seal. He called again on 7th February with a rubber seal. He took apart the door of the appliance, tried to fit the rubber seal, and broke the door frame. We have been told that a new door frame is on back order, although having spoken to Neff, they have the part, but I am told you don't deal with them. Don't trust these people
