Job location: TA1Engineer phoned mid= afternoon to say i was the last call. He arrived and checked out my problem with the fridge/freezer, he knew what he was talking about Showed me what the problem was and how to sort it out, explained problems of where fridge/freezer was situated and how to overcome them. He also said if problem did not go away after restarting appliance to call firm back and he would call around again under the same call out fee. Very pleased with engineers visit, would recomend them, thankyou.
