    Fast reply to initial enquiry regarding faulty cooker. Visited within 48 hours, diagnosed fault and new part installed within 6 days. Matt was very friendly, efficient and honest.

    Excellent service

    I asked for help with my dishwasher on Saturday morning and within an hour Matt had contacted me and was able to visit on Monday. He came as arranged, quickly identified the problem, and quoted me a repair cost and timescale. He was friendly and helpful. The repair was very satisfactorily completed on Thursday.

    The engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the problem, and dealt with it in about half an hour. I was very impressed with their service and the price was good.
