Matt responded promptly to my phone call. He tested my washing machine and gave good advice. I am monitoring it but so far so good. I thought his costs were reasonable (he had explained them before arrival).

Excellent service at an affordable price. My dishwasher broke down, I called this company, Matt came out the same day and explained the problem in detail and had the parts available on his van to repair on the same day. My dishwasher was back working on the same day it broke. I cannot fault the service or engineer. Highly recommended company.

Matt arrived on time and his advice was spot on. The machine is working again and I will monitor the fault he identified to decide whether a replacement part is required

Our dishwasher stopped mid cycle showing an E 19 fault, checked on Bosch website and found it was a solenoid malfunction. Went on line to find a local repair man. Advanced Appliance Care were local and had good reviews. Matt confirmed the fault, he had the part on his van, fitted/checked very quickly, all done. As a bonus he also located a leak on our stop cock which we've now had repaired.

Matt arrived on time, identified the problem quickly, fixed it, without charging a huge call out fee. Will definitely use Matt again.
