  Very good at updating estimated time of arrival, despite him having to get a different part he completed the work and only charged the original quoted amount. I would absolutely recommend and would use again.

  Installation of New Appliances

  Informed me he would be late with the appointment and arrived at the new time he stated. Very professional and completed the disconnection of our old appliances and connecting our new appliances in good time. Left the area in a tidy state. Not cheap but did a great job.

  Alex is brilliant!

  Alex was great. He responded extremely swiftly, both by email and phone. The personal touch was greatly appreciated. He provided the lowest quote for the job and was able to come to do the job quickly. He also took on some extra work at the last minute to fix a bad situation left by other workers. What a lovely guy, what great work, couldn't recommend him highly enough.

  You couldn't do better

  Alex came on Saturday evening at a few hours' notice. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an old ball valve had seized up), and fixed it. He brought the necessary part, but had to improvise as the old one had frozen. So he drilled a new hole, making nothing of the difficulty. Then he bled all our 12 radiators, some of which badly needed it, found that the system had a lot of dirt in it, and suggested a flush which we plan to have done later. Alex is polite, friendly, tidy,and meticulous. He deserves top rating.

  Fixed a leaky pipe

  Alex was incredibly prompt in responding to our job we posted, and within an hour after that he had attended and did an amazing job in fixing our leak. Very professional, efficient and left the job site immaculate afterwards. Will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing needs.
