Alex was great, we had him do a job for us that was quite difficult after the previous handy work of a different plumber. But Alex knuckles down and got the job done. Friendly, polite and true to his word. He seemed to take real pride in his work, which is rare these days and something to be admired. Would 100% recommend Alex to anyone needing a good plumber.

I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. The communications were always prompt; and the job was arranged within a reasonable amount of time. I felt like I was in good hands and everything was explained to me in a way that filled me with confidence. I had a variety of issues that needed to be solved, and all were done: Hot water issue, boiler service, blocked toilet, replacement of taps. I would definitely be happy to use this company again for any future work.

Alex came on time and did an excellent job. He was quick, organised, tidy and flexible. He did a couple more small jobs once here. I would recommend Alex to anyone and I would definitely want his services again.

Needed my toilet flush leakage to be sorted out, Alex came and got on with the problem and explained everything in detail as of the problem and gave me different options to sort the problem going forward to replace it with new one which gave me peace of mind for long term.
