Replacement of existing up and over garage door. Craig arrived to look at the existing door and discuss options for replacement. He was very patient and took time with us to ensure we fully understood what we were ordering. The delivery was good and the installation was outstanding. My old and battered Garage door stuck in the open position the afternoon before Christmas Eve. Ador turned out on Christmas Eve. and fixed it within an hour and charged a very reasonable fee. I asked them to provide a new door ASAP. Ador talked me through the options and I placed an order with them. The new garage door arrived and was fitted mid January. Ador did a great job. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, tidy and efficient. Craig was brilliant . The door was so noisy it was driving us mad as the bedroom was above it. By the time Craig had finished the door was back to its silent smooth operation.
