My ten year old up and over garage door refused to close a foot from the ground. Recommended I phoned ADOR and in the morning and they arrived at 15:30 the same day. The engineer Craig was so friendly and helpful, describing in great detail what was wrong and what he planned to do to fix. He gave me the price upfront and was very open and honest in his assessment. He fixed the fault and had to reset a few things, oiled the lock mechanism and then showed what he had done. The door now works like new, runs smoothly, no clattering or bang when it used to close. Thrilled to bits, price as quoted.

My old garage doors had issues with the springs. After calling Craig he came round and fixed them almost immediately. Having met him, I had no hesitation in calling when they need to be replaced. Garage door repaired today, Craig was brilllant called before to discuss prices, was reliable arrived as agreed. Talked through options and 40mins later door was repaired without the need for new cables and now opens like it’s a new door. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Replacement of existing up and over garage door. Craig arrived to look at the existing door and discuss options for replacement. He was very patient and took time with us to ensure we fully understood what we were ordering. The delivery was good and the installation was outstanding. We are delighted with the new electric door and it will make life so much easier going forward.
