  Issue with patio door lock

  Tony was our knight in shining armour! Our patio door wouldn't lock and my elderly mother was in a panic. I called Tony and he was at our house within 5 minutes and had the lock working within 10 minutes. An absolute gentleman, very professional and friendly and gave us tips on how to care for the lock going forward. I would highly recommend him and will keep his details safe just in case we need a locksmith in the future. Thanks Tony!

  Opened a front door lock that was stuck and couldn't be opened by the key, (would not rotate)

  What can I say other than 10 out of 10 all round and that is no exaggeration! Tony came out promptly on boxing day morning after the whole family were locked out! Not only did he manage to pick open the door lock without too much fuss, he explained very clearly what the issue was (broken/stuck pin) and how and where to get a replacement barrel. All done at a very reasonable price...very impressed and would highly recommend his services.

  Absolutely brilliant!! Tony was on my doorstep within minutes after making a phone call. He unlocked my house door within seconds and gave me good advice for the future in case something likes this happens again. He charged a very reasonable price in comparison to other quotes I received. I would recommend Tony 100% to anyone in need of the service. And I am keeping his contact details on hand, in case another emergency strikes in the future. Fast, efficient service and very friendly personality.
