  A very happy customer!

  Phil and his team have just finished several jobs on the roof of my 3 storey townhouse i.e. fitting new UPVC fascia boards and guttering, replacing several damaged ridge and roof tiles, re-fixing old lead flashing that had fallen out and clearing away years of moss … quite a list, all of which I was previously aware, but had been putting off for a number of years! Phil got on the roof and gave very sensible advice and a very reasonable quote. He kept me well informed throughout, provided before and after photos of the work and his team left everything neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

  Opened a front door lock that was stuck and couldn't be opened by the key, (would not rotate)

  What can I say other than 10 out of 10 all round and that is no exaggeration! Tony came out promptly on boxing day morning after the whole family were locked out! Not only did he manage to pick open the door lock without too much fuss, he explained very clearly what the issue was (broken/stuck pin) and how and where to get a replacement barrel. All done at a very reasonable price...very impressed and would highly recommend his services.

  Stuart and Alex, were professional from the very start, great communication, clearly know their stuff and very polite and courteous throughout (and tidy!). I'm really impressed and would gladly recommend them.
