  House clearance

  Adelphi house clearance was recommended by my solicitor. Kevin was very professional helpful and went up and beyond to complete the task at hand. On the day of clearance we had road works on the road, which made access very difficult. This was not a problem for Kevin and his team, they made it work knowing we had a tight deadline with the buyers. The house was my parents house that had over 50 years worth of furniture and personal items to clear. Within 2 and a half days the house was fully cleared and cleaned ready for the new buyers. I cannot thank Kevin and his team enough. They showed

  Clearance of a large house

  Adelphi carried out a house clearance of my late mother-in -laws large house. Kevin and team were fantastic right from the initial visit to the clearance itself which was carried out with minimum fuss and total professionalism. We were amazed at the end result and how clean the house was left. A total transformation. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Adelphi.

  Flat and Garage Clearance and Clean -Very Satisfied

  The company was recommended to me and I liked the idea of working with a local, family run business. I'm glad I did as now the job of clearing my late father's flat and garage is done I am completely satisfied with the result. I only dealt with Kevin on this and every step was a breeze. A cleaning service was also provided that bettered the previous clean the flat had had. I would recommend Adelphi to those in a similar position.

  Garden & Dismantling Job

  I have used this firm for the third time now. I needed a wardrobe dismantling indoors, a garden shed to be cleared, an area of the garden that was full of rubbish, rotten wood and unused garden stuff cleared and a rattan garden set that had rotted to be disposed of. Kevin and his team did all this in a matter of hours and once they had done all this, insisted on sweeping up the cleared areas and even pointed out another corner of the garden that they could clear and sweep up afterwards. It was an excellent job done to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

  Large flat and garage clearance - how Adelphi made it a pleasure

  Adelphi cleared our late mother's flat and garage yesterday, turning a sad exercise into a pleasure. Generous negotiations, excellent and kind communications throughout, on the dot timings, total thoroughness and everything left very clean indeed on completion! Basically faultless. I couldn't recommend Kevin and his team any more highly.
