  Our Father had been a bit of a hoarder, and after he passed there was a lot to do to ready the house for Sale. Kevin was SO understanding, thoughtful and trustworthy. He and his team worked long and arduous house to not only clear the house, but were respectful of our parents possessions, whilst clearing the "Junk". I would highly recommend them to friends and family, or anyone who has lost a love one, in need of their services. P.S They like doughnuts ;-)

  House clearance

  I used Adelphi for a house clearance in West Wickham, including a garage and shed. They did a really good job. Kevin was very professional and polite, and clearly takes pride in their work, and the job was carried out to a high standard. Communication before the job was excellent, and I was happy with their quote. On the day, they turned up on time and completed the work very efficiently. The house was left neat and tidy, and they even cleaned the garage. I was very impressed with Adelphi, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Kevin.

  Full house clearance

  Full house clearance, including loft and shed. It was carried out very efficiently and I was kept informed of progress all the way. The house was left clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend Adelphi if you need a house clearance service you can trust.

  Shed Clearance

  I used this company in June last year and was so impressed I contacted them again a few days ago to clear out a large garden shed at short notice. They could not have been more helpful and completed the job within a couple of working days. Not only did they take all the stuff, including the rubbish, they also cut out all the brambles and weeds in the shed and took them away as well! Check out the before & after photos below.   Flat clearance

  As I don’t live locally to the work I contracted, I was hopeful of a good job, but would struggle to know before I paid for it. When I eventually saw the condition of the flat I was more than delighted. Everything was clean, neat, orderly and better than I expected. Kevin was really pleasant, organised and helpful, and took complete control in resolving every matter and issue I raised. I cannot recommend highly enough.

  Complete garage clearance.

  Complete garage clearance of almost 60 years’ worth of accumulated tools, pots, fixtures and fittings. Completely tidy afterwards. The second time Adelphi have worked for me and I recommend them without any hesitation.
