The company was recommended to me and I liked the idea of working with a local, family run business. I'm glad I did as now the job of clearing my late father's flat and garage is done I am completely satisfied with the result. I only dealt with Kevin on this and every step was a breeze. A cleaning service was also provided that bettered the previous clean the flat had had. I would recommend Adelphi to those in a similar position.

I have used this firm for the third time now. I needed a wardrobe dismantling indoors, a garden shed to be cleared, an area of the garden that was full of rubbish, rotten wood and unused garden stuff cleared and a rattan garden set that had rotted to be disposed of. Kevin and his team did all this in a matter of hours and once they had done all this, insisted on sweeping up the cleared areas and even pointed out another corner of the garden that they could clear and sweep up afterwards. It was an excellent job done to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Adelphi cleared our late mother's flat and garage yesterday, turning a sad exercise into a pleasure. Generous negotiations, excellent and kind communications throughout, on the dot timings, total thoroughness and everything left very clean indeed on completion! Basically faultless. Needed a house clearance in preparation for a sale. Bill and his team were absolutely brilliant in terms of the job they have done and the level of flexibility with coordinating the clearance between our house exchange and completion, with our exchange dates changing on multiple times. The price was very good value as it was a substantial clearance. All round a great job and pleasure to do business with.

Kevin is a perfect gentleman. He and his team work long hours to ensure that the clearance is done respectfully and thoroughly, and they even did a couple of jobs they hadn't expected to. The house was cleared thoroughly and the ladies that cleaned it afterwards left it looking and smelling almost new. The team were rewarded with Doughnuts (their favourite), and cookies...they certainly deserved them.
