The job was done very well. They kept it clean, and showed me every step of what was happening. They were very friendly and smiley, which is a plus in my books. If I needed someone for plumbing again I would come straight back!! Thankyou!

Thank you for your feedback. We always aim to be clear and fair with pricing, and our initial visit pricing is intended to cover common minor shower issues such as checks, adjustments and small component-related fixes where required. When the existing shower was removed, we made the customer aware that the tiles behind were already loose/damaged, and this was discussed and agreed on site. The customer initially preferred not to replace the tiles at that stage, so we proceeded with the installation as requested. After the shower was fitted, the customer later changed their mind and asked for
