  I had a radiator installation done by the company and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. The price was reasonable and the team carried out the work efficiently. There were a few minor issues at the start, and the final part of the job had to be paused while waiting for a specific part. Once the part arrived, the team quickly returned and completed the installation to a good standard. I also appreciated that, due to the delay, the company offered me a credit note — a nice gesture of professionalism and customer care. Overall, great value for money and a positive experience.

  New radiator and pipe installation

  I hired this seller for radiator and pipework installation. The price increased due to extra work, which I fully paid for. However, the last 5% of the job — including the drain cock installation — remains unfinished, and no invoice has been provided. Despite repeated calls and messages for over two weeks, there’s been no response. Poor communication and lack of professionalism throughout. I have now stopped chasing them, hence this review — to caution others to be very careful before making full payment.
