Thank you for your feedback. We always aim to be clear and fair with pricing, and our initial visit pricing is intended to cover common minor shower issues such as checks, adjustments and small component-related fixes where required.
When the existing shower was removed, we made the customer aware that the tiles behind were already loose/damaged, and this was discussed and agreed on site. The customer initially preferred not to replace the tiles at that stage, so we proceeded with the installation as requested.
