Sufran calles and messaged me about his arrival time. Was very polite and clear on what work was required and the cost as my toilet was leaking. Carried out the work quickly with no fuss and resolved the issue completely. Brilliant work.

I had detected, located and isolated leak from water inlet pipe to the water tank in loft. Required a new connector, which I purchased. They were the only company to contact directly. They came earlier when I had enquired to see if they could. Very polite and respectful, removing shoes and having shoe covers. Repair took under an hour, using the part I had purchased, cost was fair and reasonable. We were asked to check the work before they left, all looked fine. An hour later my partner went up to shut loft and noticed a bead of water on valve, we corrected this by tightening the valve.

It was a fantastic job done and quick response and schedule.

Did the job effectively however I did ask him to swap the pipe around unfortunately he didn’t quite understand, but he did fix the leak.
