  Excellent from start to finish!

  We’ve just had a window replaced and the whole process went extremely smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything was well organised, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Dan, who carried out the replacement, was excellent — friendly, professional, and very tidy. He clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was left clean and looking great. We’re really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Excellent service - Cat flap fitting

  Dan was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and very communicative throughout the whole process. Before contacting Dan, I had been in touch with three different companies who all told me that a cat flap couldn’t be fitted due to the size of the door. Dan dealt with my query quickly and efficiently, reassured me straight away, and arranged the work with a really good turnaround time. The quality of his work is excellent . He was a pleasure to deal with and is genuinely a breath of fresh air when it comes to tradesmen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Great service - installing new front door handle

  Dan was great - he came to install a new front door handle for me as I couldn’t find one that would fit - he turned up on time, took the existing handle to a supplier and came back and installed the new handle within a couple of hours - it turned out that the original handle I had was a very odd size so he had to create another hole in the front door for the new handle to fit - all this was done within the original quote he gave me despite more work being needed - would highly recommend

  Dan fixed the broken window in my conservatory and did an outstanding job. He was extremely polite, professional throughout, and completed the work in a timely manner.
