Dan was really helpful and professional from start to finish. He provided a clear and reliable quote, agreed on a convenient time to carry out the work, and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain the fault with the UPVC door lock and completed the repair quickly and tidily. I really appreciated the extra tips he gave me for regular maintenance — it shows he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job.
