Super quick responses and my window was fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend

I would like to express my highest praise for ACURA’s service. Dan was truly a lifesaver! From start to finish, he worked quickly, professionally, and with complete honesty. I had a few difficulties arranging repair appointments with the tenants, but Dan was there and took care of everything. He absolutely deserves a 10/10 rating! Many thanks to ACURA.

Super impressed with Dan from start to finish. We had the glass and seals replaced in all our windows which were blown and foggy all the time. Dan is professional, friendly and polite. He also put new trim around a previously (and poorly) installed bathroom window to reseal it and cover up large gaps. We were quoted over £7k by someone else to replace all our windows (they refused to just replace the glass) but replacing the glass through Dan was a fraction of the cost. It’s amazing to finally be able to see out our windows - they are so clear! Thanks again, 1000% recommend.

We had a couple of issues we needed help with, 2 upstairs windows and the front door. I contacted Dan after reading a recommendation online. He was great to deal with being both punctal and professional. The window issue was a little more tricky than expected, but he came up with a solution that worked well, he made sure I was happy with that before continuing, the front door is also working well.

We have used this company a couple of times. We found them extremely helpful and efficient, both in the fitting of windows and in the repairing of locks, which we thought would need replacing! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dan is very friendly and professional. He took the time to give helpful advice and changed the locks efficiently to ensure the house is secure. Great service and I would happily recommend him
