  Damp Survey of Roof Timbers

  We reached out to Active Services for a quote for a Damp Survey on a house we were buying after the Home Survey had found a leak in the roof and advised to contract a PCA Registered company to confirm any damage/rot to the timbers. Fran was quick to reply and a pleasure to deal with. She prepared a tailored inspection for us and gave the option for a targeted inspection of the effected area or a whole roof timber inspection. The damp survey was booked and completed promptly by one of their team and the reportgave us peace of mind in our purchase. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Active Services were brilliant from start to finish in treating a woodworm infestation for us. They provided a comprehensive survey report and clearly articulated expert advice.   Professional, Reassuring service at a fair price.

  Fran on reception and Toby the surveyor couldn’t have been more helpful and professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were seen as soon as possible. We were given an accurate report of Toby’s findings as well. Such is a big relief knowing we can have our new bathroom flooring fitted with confidence of the flooring and any damage done from the leaks. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
