  From my first enquiry to Active Services to the finishing point, the service was prompt, polite and professional. The chaps doing the work were really good. Clean working and left the place tidy at the end of each working day. The work was completed in the planned timetable of 10 working days, to a very good finish. I would hesitate to recommend Active Services to family and friends.

  Active Services have been a pleasure to deal with, they are very responsive and will happily talk through the problems and treatment options. They don't pressure you to have work done and will explain their treatment thoroughly. The team to do the work turned up early than expected on the day, worked hard, kept me informed and were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

  Replastering a Damp Wall

  We had our wall re-plastered by Active Services a few years ago due to damp issues, and they did a great job. Recently, a small amount of damp returned in the same area, so we contacted them under warranty. They were really helpful and arranged the repairs within a few weeks. The work was done quickly and efficiently, just like before. A special thanks to Fran, who was really easy to communicate with throughout the process. Highly recommend Active Services!

  Visual and Destructive survey for Dry Rot

  Very efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. Explained the findings to me and prepared the report in super fast time for us as we had very limited time constraints. Super professional and highly recommended.
