Shane from Actigas replied impressively quickly to my message about my leaking boiler, and attended at 8am the next day. Within a few moments, he found the heat exchanger had failed, and demonstrated the issue. It was no longer economical to carry on repairing it due to its age and previously failing in the same way. Shane re-attended within the week and installed a new boiler from Worcester Bosch, checked it was working and arranged the guarantee. He left the kitchen very tidy. I mentioned the price to a few people and it was around half of what they were expecting, so I am really impressed.

Excellent and friendly service. We had a bit of an emergency and he came out out Sunday morning of a bank holiday. The installation was of a high quality and well priced. A big thank you to Actigas! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be contacting in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

Shane supported renovation work that we had done - including install of new kitchen, new radiators and new shower fittings. He's supported a range of plumbing jobs since and has always been pragmatic, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Renovation work can be unpredictable but Shane was always consistent and committed to doing a great job. Definitely a recommend from us!

I was recommended this company by a guy who serviced my boiler. I asked for a quote to a supply and fit a new boiler, and received it the next day (very prompt) The work was carried out to exceptionally high standards. All rubbish and existing old boiler were taken away as promised. Would highly recommend the company.
