Asbestos Management Survey

Me and my husband bought a house and we were recommended to get an asbestos survey completed and this is where we contacted AC&MS Ltd. Richard was very helpful from quoting over the phone to getting the job all booked in and then to getting the survey completed, this was all done with a quick turnaround which I kindly asked for and Richard ensured this happened for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough, the Surveyor who attended was very professional and the survey report was exactly what we asked. Thanks again would defiantly use again.

they failed to providethe asbestos report. they were asking for upfront payment before they provide the report. this clearly looks like scam where they take the money and don't provide you the service. I have promised immediate payment as soon as I receive the report but they didn't do it. so I am hiring someone else to do the job. this has been a big let down, wasted time and a lot of stress as this is holding up other work. however, I am not letting scammers take my money without providing me the service. avoid at any cost.

Richard carried out an asbestos survey for us. He was very responsive and clear in getting the job done. I had no doubt that the work would be carried out quickly and reliably. He went out, surveyed the property, updated us, sent the invoice and the report was released as soon as the payment was paid. We can highly recommend their service.

asbestos survey was carried out but there was poor communication requesting for results.

the guy who came to do the survey was very friendly. communication between office and me was a little disappointing and I did tell them on the phone as I kept chasing up for results as my builders were waiting on it.

asbestos inspection/and report

AC&MS carried out an asbestos inspection and provided a follow up report. - I will also be asking them to remove asbestos from my property at a later date. the booking process was straightforward, the inspection was thorough - samples taken from all relevant areas, and the report returned in 3 working days. I felt reassured by the inspection process and the knowledge of different building eras/materials etc. Also reassuring, the report detailed where the asbestos was along with how dangerous/toxic this type of asbestos was

Laboratory Capabilities.

AC&MS Ltd operate a UKAS accredited laboratory with all services conforming to ISO/EIC 17025: 2017 standards. All bulk samples are analysed by dispersion staining and polarised light microscopy in accordance with the HSE method HSG 248 ‘The Analyst Guide’. All laboratory staff are trained to the nationally recognised British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) proficiency module P401 and have a wealth of experience dealing with all types of asbestos and non-asbestos samples. AC&MS Ltd are active participants in the Asbestos in Materials scheme (AIMS) instigated by the Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) and the Regular Inter-Laboratory Counting Scheme (RICE) and have consistently achieved a satisfactory result since joining.
