the guy who came to do the survey was very friendly. communication between office and me was a little disappointing and I did tell them on the phone as I kept chasing up for results as my builders were waiting on it.

AC&MS carried out an asbestos inspection and provided a follow up report. - I will also be asking them to remove asbestos from my property at a later date. the booking process was straightforward, the inspection was thorough - samples taken from all relevant areas, and the report returned in 3 working days. I felt reassured by the inspection process and the knowledge of different building eras/materials etc. Also reassuring, the report detailed where the asbestos was along with how dangerous/toxic this type of asbestos was
