Tom was really knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted to achieve and he advised me on the wall mount o required He then came promptly to fit the mount and TV and supplied some of his own more secure brackets to fit the mount on the plaster board. He then kindly did an extra piece of work for me which was not in the original spec - and he did not charge me. All in all a very satisfactory experience
