Prompt & organised work, good communication with company

I needed 5 windows replacing as the double glazing seal had blown on them. Very pleased with the result. Turned up on time for both assessment and installation and took the old glass panes away. Would recommend.

Mark and colleague Sunny very pleasant and accommodating. Mark's communication very succinct and clear. Came at dates and times agreed. So far so good in terms of all the work they done.

Mum's front door handle came off in her hand . I called Ace and they came out later the same morning. They went to get the right fitting and the door was repaired the same day. Would definitely recommend.

The job was done well, the new glazing looks really nice and they made sure the window was secure before leaving despite having an issue aligning the lock. They unexpectedly had to replace the lock mechanism and although it incurred an extra cost they had the part on their van and fitted a new door handle for free.

The guys supplied and fitted a cat flap for us. They were polite and helpful and communicated promptly. Would be happy to recommend them.
