  Complete refurbishment of roof to large double garage, to repair and prevent water ingress.

  First class job done on double garage roof. Required the top being completely renewed, all tiling checked and repaired and all ridge tiles re-cemented in place. Looks extremely well done and I am confident it will last a very long time.

  Designing and re-building the entrance porch to our house

  The project was completed on schedule and at a fair price. We experienced no inconvenience. An old structure was dismantled and disposed of. Roof tiles were preserved to use over the new entry. The team were polite, considerate and worked to a high standard of accuracy and skill. Each evening the site was left clean, tidy, and safe. The company were efficient and helpful in all respects. Their customer service was good. Our new porch is strong, attractive, well constructed and modern in appearance. It is beautifully finished. We would have no hesitation recommending their services.

  I cannot praise Mark and his guys highly enough. They did a fantastic job and we got everything we wanted all within the estimated price. All of them were friendly and courteous. They did everything they could to minimise the impact of the build on us too. Nothing was too much trouble, even all the extra little jobs they did for us. Highly recommended

  Front 3 storey extension and single storey rear extension

  All aspects of the work where conducted efficiently. The team turned up every day on time, they were well briefed and worked together very well as a team. Accommodated our desire to stay in the house during the build very well. Very courteous and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

  Extensive building work and refit of chalet bungalow.

  We were extremely impressed with Mark Paynter from initial enquiry and quotation, through to project completion over the five month period. His site workers were very friendly, courteous and tidy and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs, enabling us to stay in our chalet bungalow almost all of the time the project was ongoing. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and have received many compliments from relations, friends and neighbours. My husband and I would not hesitate in recommending Ace Property Restoration for your building services.
