Mark and his team completed dilapidation works on a unit prior to handing back to the Landlord. The work was completed on time, on budget and to a high standard. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

We recently had a dormer loft conversion as well as some downstairs alterations, and we're very happy with the results. ACE were friendly, approachable and respectful throughout the project. They have a high standard of work and would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the work we had done. We had several things being done at the same time while we still lived in our home (kitchen extension & new kitchen, refurbished dormer bedroom, landscaped rear garden & new patios, new French doors in garage and new electrics & consumer unit). Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his team. Everything was clearly explained and we also took on board any suggestions they made about the the proposed works. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, good at their trades and very tidy. They had a good laugh together & genuinely seemed to enjoy their work

Ace Property Restorations Ltd came to our rescue when we suddenly found ourselves without a builder; it was a very stressful time for us. Mark Paynter was very empathetic to our situation. He immediately sorted out the outstanding current issues; the architectural plans, seeking a new Architect to complete them, sorting out the building regulations, planning permissions etc. We were exceptionally pleased with Mark Paynter and his team. Mark is a really good organiser and project manager, on site most days. The building works went very smoothly. Mark was always one step ahead of my questions

A very professional company. Exceptionally pleased with Mark and his team. Mark is a really good organiser and project manager, on site most days. The team were all great, friendly and always willing to help when needed. Each member of the team had their own specialities, as well as being general builders: plastering, electrics, roofing, carpentry, kitchen fitting, cabling for broadband etc. no lost days waiting around for sub-contractors. The site was left tidy each day. The building works went very smoothly and a great result. Very happy to recommend Mark and his company.
