The project was completed on schedule and at a fair price. We experienced no inconvenience. An old structure was dismantled and disposed of. Roof tiles were preserved to use over the new entry. The team were polite, considerate and worked to a high standard of accuracy and skill. Each evening the site was left clean, tidy, and safe. The company were efficient and helpful in all respects. Their customer service was good. Our new porch is strong, attractive, well constructed and modern in appearance. It is beautifully finished. We would have no hesitation recommending their services.

I cannot praise Mark and his guys highly enough. They did a fantastic job and we got everything we wanted all within the estimated price. All of them were friendly and courteous. They did everything they could to minimise the impact of the build on us too. Nothing was too much trouble, even all the extra little jobs they did for us. Highly recommended

We were extremely impressed with Mark Paynter from initial enquiry and quotation, through to project completion over the five month period. His site workers were very friendly, courteous and tidy and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs, enabling us to stay in our chalet bungalow almost all of the time the project was ongoing. Mark kept us completely up to date in the time before the build and handled everything. He went above and beyond, being a central contact for the structural engineer and architect, and talked us through the process every step, even when we kept changing our minds on plans. Despite it being an old building and some unknowns, Mark and the team always came up with cost effective solutions to problems that came up, keeping us completely informed. Having recently ,and expensively been scammed by bogus builders who left us with an unfinished chimney repair we were rapidly and efficiently rescued by Ace Property Restoration Ltd .We had used this company previously and had been thoroughly satisfied with their workmanship but when an "alleged builder" states that he has noticed that our chimney could collapse we panicked and fell for the scam! Our urgent situation was dealt with a rapidly and efficiently and we will certainly be using this a company again in the future
