    Exceptional Professional Builders

    Ace Property Restorations Ltd came to our rescue when we suddenly found ourselves without a builder; it was a very stressful time for us. Mark Paynter was very empathetic to our situation. He immediately sorted out the outstanding current issues; the architectural plans, seeking a new Architect to complete them, sorting out the building regulations, planning permissions etc. We were exceptionally pleased with Mark Paynter and his team. Mark is a really good organiser and project manager, on site most days. The building works went very smoothly. Mark was always one step ahead of my questions

    A very professional company. Exceptionally pleased with Mark and his team. Mark is a really good organiser and project manager, on site most days. The team were all great, friendly and always willing to help when needed. Each member of the team had their own specialities, as well as being general builders: plastering, electrics, roofing, carpentry, kitchen fitting, cabling for broadband etc. no lost days waiting around for sub-contractors. The site was left tidy each day. The building works went very smoothly and a great result. Very happy to recommend Mark and his company.

    Gazebo build and landscaping

    Having been initially recommended Ace Property Restoration by a friend, we used them to install our hottub and hard landscaping oh and moving the odd huge tree! So when we decided to renovate the rest of the garden we had no hesitation in using Ace again. They cleared the area, designed and built us a beautiful gazebo, painted it, installed the floorboards, did the electrics and carried out the majority of the landscaping, they interpreted our ideas, gently guiding us with some of our more wild ones! All the workforce are tidy and friendly and great to have around. We are beyond happy.

    An honest family run company which cares about their customers and has pride in their work

    Ace Property Restoration carried out a full transformation of our 3-bedroom bungalow, turning it into a 5-bedroom house with three reception rooms. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. The team were punctual, polite, hardworking, and kept the site exceptionally clean and tidy each day. The workmanship is fantastic, and the whole process was stress-free thanks to their clear communication and organisation. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and would never use anyone else. A truly first-class service — 10/10 across the board!

    Installation of three roof lights/velux window

    Excellent workmanship, polite, friendly, clean efficient and safety conscious. The installation was done professionally, and when the work was completed, such an amazing job and you wouldn’t have known they had been on site. Absolutely and thoroughly recommend..
