The soil pipe run between our downstairs bathroom/sink and kitchen utilities was blocked. Whilst this wasn't requested or required as an emergency or urgent job Howard responded really quickly and attended our home the same day. He provided a ball park estimate prior to attending based on our description of the job and this was the final price. Job was done quickly and effectively. 24 hours later and the work very much seems to have done the job and no further problems at all. Would use again and would recommend.

Extremely impressed with Howard and team, turned up at a moment’s notice to quote - significantly cheaper than other contractors, extremely knowledgeable - carried out a drain survey, found the problem and rectified it with ease. Howard made the whole process straightforward and commonsensical, can’t fault him at all! Can’t recommend him enough for “anything underground” as he says!

Contacted ace drains on the evening and they came to mine for 11am the next morning and cleared the blocked main drain and gave advice for future. Would use again and recommend!

Called up and within 15mins was at my house, jetted the run and was done in 10mins. Disinfected the contaminated area and washed away. Very friendly, professional service and affordable.
