    Roots blocked drain and soil stack replacement.

    No complaints whatsoever. Excellent communication, turning up, diagnosing of the problem, doing the work quickly at a fair price. Friendly hard working chaps. Privet roots had invaded and blocked a section of drain which needed digging up and replacing with a new section of pipe, and the soil stack was replaced. They jetted clean the blockage and the manholes. I wish I'd contacted them first as the first chap I had contacted merely tried to rod out the blockage, which was not possible due to the roots.

    Excellent communication, excellent service

    Can’t fault the service from Howard, Lucas and Mark. A blocked underground drain meant our toilet was out of action and required digging up block paving and repairing pipework. They visited multiple times to inspect, jet, and finally complete the repair. Every visit was on time, communication was clear throughout, and costs were transparent and reasonable from the outset. The end result looks like they were never even here. Everything fixed. Excellent service all round. Would happily use them again and recommend to others.

    Blocked external drain cleared

    They were very friendly and professional to speak with and offered some good advice. Howard’s communications were good but a little confusion with times from another employee member but arrived when Howard said they would. They cleared the drain which seems to have solved the problem, unfortunately the motor ran out of fuel so couldn’t finish the high pressure hose they intended to do but fingers hopefully didn’t matter. The hosing took about 10 minutes which meant the cost of the work although standard feels unfair but better than damage from flood water. Thank you.

    Morning Charlie, thank you for your review, Sorry you were not happy with price, our normal rate for jetting a drain monday to friday is £140 plus vat, upto 1 hr inc travel, this was a weekend and two enginers, Should you encounter further issues happy to attend FOC and take a look, Best wishes, Howard I will look into this, as all my reviews are average 10/10/10, Not used to getting any 7s,

    Brilliant Service

    Excellent service from start to finish. Howard was brilliant at helping us get a section of our soil stack sorted in between Xmas and New Year. Great communication, reliable, open and honest and fair pricing. Highly recommend.
