Amazing customer service, job was quoted and work was completed within 3 days, super happy with the work!

Fantastic service from Ace of Drains. Howard clearly knows what he's doing. He took the time to speak to me over the phone to understand the issue, diagnosed the likely problem (accurately), squeezed me in at short notice and turned up when he said he would. Once on site, he worked promptly and politely, cleared up the problem and provided me with some additional advice – taking the time to explain things clearly. Would highly recommend.

I'm pleased to write a positive review. I called yesterday, and we arranged a text message with the address and an appointment for the next day. Communication was excellent, and everything went very quickly and efficiently. As promised, they called half an hour before arrival, arrived, assessed the situation very professionally, and got to work. Within half an hour, the work was done. The drains were cleaned, and everything around them was cleaned and neutralized. They provided expert advice on what needed replacing. The price was very satisfactory. I highly recommend them.Professional service

We had a blocked toilet and shower cubicle so called these guys as they were highly rated on Checkatrade. Bearing in mind it was Easter Sunday, they were out within the hour and after diagnosing the problem with a camera, cleared the blockage very efficiently. Would highly recommend
