Easy to get a hold of. Transparent and open. Stand up guys who were very friendly and did a top quality and professional job too. When I explained to Jack that I was concerned about the safety of my roof he agreed to come straight away to conduct an assessment. As part of the assessment he provided photo and video evidence whilst on the roof which clearly identified construction faults with my two year old roof which will help me to hold the builder accountably. All repairs were completed to a high standard and I would happily recommend Jack and Ace to my closest friends and family. Had a house fire so needed new fascia soffits and guttering, couldn't find anyone else to come out as an emergency, so I gave this company a call who was reccomeneded to me, And I'm glad I called, super friendly very very professional and conducted themselves brilliantly. And couldn't of been more happy with the price which was very reasonable. After years of problems with our flat garage roof we decided to get a E P D M Rubber roof system fitted . Ace home improvements came gave us a reasonable quote and a fast turnaround time . Worked quietly ( which I appreciated as I was working nights ) cleaned up . Communication was very good .
