Jack responded to the Checkatrade referral promptly and and gave a fair quotation for investigating and rectifying a problem with slipped roof tiles. He and his team were able to attend quickly due to being able to erect their own scaffold and resolved the problem successfully despite finding more extensive damage than was initially evident.

When I explained to Jack that I was concerned about the safety of my roof he agreed to come straight away to conduct an assessment. As part of the assessment he provided photo and video evidence whilst on the roof which clearly identified construction faults with my two year old roof which will help me to hold the builder accountably. All repairs were completed to a high standard and I would happily recommend Jack and Ace to my closest friends and family. Thanks Jack for keeping my family safe.
