Very good response kept in contact, didn’t over charge and have advise for solar panels.

After we agreed on price, they confirmed the day and hour when works will be carried on. They arrived 20 min earlier and in just 90 minutes work was done, including cleaning of debrids. Nice and professionall, i will definetelly revomend them to friends.

Jack was really prompt with answering my inquiries and came out to look at the issues as soon as he could. He was really helpful with explaining what needed doing and the work was completed efficiently and to a good quality. Jack and his team capped off our chimney and fixed slipped tiles and leading. They also replaced a damaged skylight. Thankyou

Jack is very professional and punctual. He came to look at my job (a leaking roof) and suggested a course of action. He came later with his team and used their own scaffolding to access the area of the the leak. They stripped a couple of areas and identified the cause of the leak and then replaced damaged materials and refitted the tiles. The leak was from the apex and they re-pointed it. They also replaced some additional damaged tiles. They took the scaffolding down and cleaned up. There has been heavy rain since the repair and so far no sign of leakage. I would definitely recommend Jack.

Jack was honest about work that needed doing and charged reasonable for the work to be completed. Work was completed quickly and in good time to an excellent standard, repair work seems to have resolved the leak in the roof, repaired work not quoted for on old, brittle tiles. Jack and his lads were polite throughout and explained everything they were doing as they completed it. Will be using again should I need.
