Was incredibly disappointed by the service after reading all the fantastic reviews. Initially the response from Mo was quick. We arranged a time and I waited in only to get a message saying he was stuck somewhere else. Rearranged and again couldn't make. Rearranged again. Mo came and was very polite and seemed competent etc...said he would send through a quote. Waited over two weeks and then chased..no response..again and still no response despite my messages being read. I don't like writing negative reviews but that's the whole point of this site...wouldn't recommend for customer service...Verified reviewerJob location: W11- MMetin K

Absolutely fantastic service. They worked through the pouring rain and saw the job through to the end despite it being late in the day because of the weather. Great job - garden looks amazing.
