Ace Gardening transformed the jungle that was my small London garden and terraces into lovely, clean, and welcoming spaces, leaving enough foliage to act as a backdrop to the beautiful spring flowers I will plant. The team was professional, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much for them. Above all, they left no mess in the house or garden, taking care as they moved through the house to access the garden and terraces. I'm so pleased I found them! Was incredibly disappointed by the service after reading all the fantastic reviews. Initially the response from Mo was quick. We arranged a time and I waited in only to get a message saying he was stuck somewhere else. Rearranged and again couldn't make. Rearranged again. Mo came and was very polite and seemed competent etc...said he would send through a quote. Waited over two weeks and then chased..no response..again and still no response despite my messages being read. I don't like writing negative reviews but that's the whole point of this site...wouldn't recommend for customer service...

The company showed up at the designated time and were polite, courteous and knew what they were talking about. Slight quirk that they didn’t bring a drill which was required for the work but they used mine and the work was done very well

Absolutely fantastic service. They worked through the pouring rain and saw the job through to the end despite it being late in the day because of the weather. Great job - garden looks amazing. Really professional - tidied up after themselves (even wiping the floor!). I would definitely recommend them.
