Corey was quite great, quickly diagnosed a problem, advised me what to do, and was able to sort out the issue while he got a replacement part and came back to do it properly

Corey was really great! He was clearly interested in fault finding and as well as replacing the switch the job was booked for, he also managed to get my bottom immersion working for me; which my plumber couldn’t even do! Went above and beyond and explained everything to me throughout. Left everything neat and tidy and obviously took a lot of pride in his work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent work, detailed diagnostic and fault finding, then resolved the issue. Amazing dedication too, as had to access very hard to reach sockets etc to resolve the issue. Impressed and will definitely use Ace again. Clear communication throughout and very friendly - even helping my young child to understand about electrical safety. All on a Saturday morning, arriving very soon after I called. Very happy. Thank you.
