  Excellent diagnosis and resolution

  Excellent work, detailed diagnostic and fault finding, then resolved the issue. Amazing dedication too, as had to access very hard to reach sockets etc to resolve the issue. Impressed and will definitely use Ace again. Clear communication throughout and very friendly - even helping my young child to understand about electrical safety. All on a Saturday morning, arriving very soon after I called. Very happy. Thank you.
