10 Family run local company that values its customers

I switched my home alarm to Ace after some really bad experiences with a local company that had been taken over by another much bigger one. Steve and his son Jake keep it simple, work quickly and cleanly and are very responsive to requests for support. Something I also like is that they are punctual. Job location: TN1I spoke to Jake at 16:45 on the Wednesday evening and he kindly juggled his appointments and was on site soon after 08:00 the next morning. He carried out the repair to the magnetic door lock and then contacted me around 09:30 to confirm that the door release was now all working just fine. Having recently decided to switch the maintenance of our home alarm system, we contacted Ace and our experience was excellent from the start. A quotation was provided very promptly, which was extremely competitive, so we decided to go ahead. Jake and James were both very professional and did a thorough job of servicing and testing the system, thus providing peace of mind for the coming months.
