    Excellent Service & Professional Installation

    Excellent service from Ace Alarms and Jack installing our new alarm system in a commercial property. They were very thorough, professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly and completed to a high standard. We will definitely be continuing to use them for servicing and maintenance. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use this company again.

    Jake from Ace Alarms, and the company more broadly, were friendly and highly professional. They were keen to understand my customer needs and did the work to a high standard and on time. Ace offered me a choice of alarm systems that met the relevant insurance standard (unlike some of the well-known national alarm companies, which don't meet the SSAIB or NSI standards).

    Family run local company that values its customers

    I switched my home alarm to Ace after some really bad experiences with a local company that had been taken over by another much bigger one. Steve and his son Jake keep it simple, work quickly and cleanly and are very responsive to requests for support. Something I also like is that they are punctual. They are nice people and great professionals.

Ace Alarms & Security Systems was founded by Steven Holland in 2006 who brings 25 years of experience from the security industry with him. Based in Burgess Hill.


We pride ourselves with good honest values from start to finish and aftercare. Neat and tidy installations with the respect of our customers and their property.

SSAIB certified (Insurance approved) for Intruder alarms - both hard wired and wire free alarms (specialists in Visonic, HKC and Pyronix wire free alarm systems),

Open protocol alarm installers, service providers. We work on many types of alarm systems, Visonic, HKC, Scantronic, Bosch, ADE, Honeywell, Pyronix, Texecom to name a few.

Door entry systems / access control - from single door systems to blocks of flats & Offices

CCTV - Analogue, HDTVI, HDCVI and IP systems all with the capability to view your cameras remotely on iPhones / Android / Tablets / PC's

Security lighting - Porch lights to Flood Lights and LED security lights

Fire alarms - Residential - Commercial - Industrial - smoke alarms to multi-systems (Ctec, hochiki, Kentec, appollo) analogue systems or addressable systems. All grades from L5-L1, P & M systems.

All personnel are fully security screened by an independent 3rd party company (security vetting)
