Within a couple of days of calling my alarm was fixed and all the sensors had new batteries. Fast, efficient and extremely helpful in giving me information on how my alarm works and what to look out for. They provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend this family run company.

Ace Alarms have installed a CCTV security system for St Mary's church, in Ringmer, East Sussex. We have been impressed with them from the start. After an initial visit hey patiently provided additional information as we applied for permission, from the Diocese of Chichester, to instal the system, and showed a genuine sensitivity to working in a Grade 1 listed building, creatively finding ways to hide cables and to minimise the impact of the installation on the appearance of the church. They thoughtfully resolved various minor technical issues about placement, and finished in very good time.

ACE alarms installed an alarm and cameras for us a couple of years ago. The original install was seamless. We recently requested a further camera. The placement of this was more of a challenge but the team did a great creative job installing it so cables were hidden. We had a slight issue with the App and alerts and they promised to get back to us and they did as promised and fixed the issue. Highly recommend ACE great customer service.
