I’ve used Ace Alarms & Security Systems since 2016 and they’ve consistently been reliable, straightforward and easy to deal with. Steve originally looked after our system and installed an upgrade, and Jake has handled our annual maintenance for the past few years. Both know their craft, turn up when they say they will and explain things clearly. It’s a family business that genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Jake responded very quickly to my enquiry - we needed to replace our existing burglar alarm system. He gave lots of good advice, was very helpful. Having reviewed 3 different companies his knowledge and attitude made me confident to go with the Ace quotation. When the time came for the work to be done, Jake/Jim turned up bang on time and were very considerate during their installation time on site. They both worked hard and left the place spotless. Helping us install the app on our phone, he gave us a demo on how to use the system which was also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Fitting of a new alarm system was carried out in a very professional way, and we were consulted on every stage of the operation, everything was left clean and tidy post fitting I would highly recommend Ace Alarms

Great service from Ace alarms. Regular contractor for our alarm failed to respond for emergency call out to silence alarm. Rang Ace having got their number from google search. Ace arrived within half an hour ., silenced alarm , and were very efficient and pleasant. Would heartily recommend. We are transferring our servicing of system to Ace.
