Owen was quick to respond to my query on here. He provided a clear outline of cost and timescale to complete job. Very flexible with booking in. I had requested just an install of radiator and paint work behind all of which I supplied. Queried on the day about kitchen tap replacement and also drip from end point of radiator in hallway. Pearce arrived as scheduled and completed works quickly quietly and communicated throughout each step to ensure I was happy with it all. Job location: N1Owen replaced a boiler in my flat. He kept me informed of the progress and did a video report when it was complete. The tenant requested a call back due to a small problem. Owen and his team returned immediately. To ensure our tenant was happy. Owen turned up on time was reliable.8.75 Replace basin taps and radiator valves

Apart from arriving very late, which was not his fault, Owen and his mate did a great job replacing the taps and radiator valves despite it meaning they had to work very late as the job then took longer than expected.
