  Owen came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had used another company the week before but the fault came back. Owen was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. He located the problem and fixed it on the spot without any fuss. He was knowledgeable, polite and responded quickly to all communication. I would highly recommend Accomplished Gas Services.

  Excellent service and knowledge

  Boiler was not working and had no hot water and radiators were not working. I received an excellent service. He messaged me before the appointment to advise when he will turn up. Very good knowledge to fix the fault and explain the issue to me. Did additional work at no extra cost when he realised my filter was blocked and my bathroom sink.

  Owen came round and promptly fixed our leaking tap, and then gave our boiler a thorough clean and service, getting it back to its installation levels - great work, would recommend!

  Plumbing - water leak

  Really great experience with Owen. He was prompt to respond to my urgent enquiry, clearly explained what could be done to resolve my ongoing water leak and kept me updated on his ETA. On arrival he was pleasant, extremely patient in answering my questions and properly explained exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem and whilst he couldn’t completely resolve the issues on this visit for reasons outside of his control, Owen stopped the leak and allowed me to leave my property for a fortnight’s holiday 2 hours later. Very grateful and would recommend!

  Great service

  Owen was very helpful trying to get to the bottom of what was wrong with our boiler as quickly as possible. It was fixed efficiently and he was very good at explaining the issues, the whole way through. Would highly recommend
