  Plumbing - water leak

  Really great experience with Owen. He was prompt to respond to my urgent enquiry, clearly explained what could be done to resolve my ongoing water leak and kept me updated on his ETA. On arrival he was pleasant, extremely patient in answering my questions and properly explained exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem and whilst he couldn’t completely resolve the issues on this visit for reasons outside of his control, Owen stopped the leak and allowed me to leave my property for a fortnight’s holiday 2 hours later. Very grateful and would recommend!

  Owen was very helpful trying to get to the bottom of what was wrong with our boiler as quickly as possible. It was fixed efficiently and he was very good at explaining the issues, the whole way through. Would highly recommend

  Owen and the team were very professional and courteous. They identified the problem with my boiler and heating system, agreed a replacement boiler was needed, recommended a suitable Vailaint boiler replacement, agreed the cost for the work to be carried out. They turned up as agreed and over the 2 days planned, installed a new boiler, associated works including new radiators and left us with a warm house and hot water. The team were very accommodating, taking great care in their workmanship, and respecting our home. We would definitely recommend Owen and the team to new customers!

  Accomplished gas installed a full system boiler (hi-spec Vaillant system boiler) and cylinder, along with waster softener and water based underfloor heating. Great experience and a pleasure, all installed guaranteed and certified. Great service, prompt and pro-active!

  Outstanding service from start to finish! I had a fantastic experience with Accomplished Gas Services Ltd. From the initial inquiry to the final fix, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The engineer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler, and had it up and running in no time. They were courteous, tidy, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find such reliable and honest tradespeople — highly recommended for anyone needing gas or heating services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
