Owen and the team were very professional and courteous. They identified the problem with my boiler and heating system, agreed a replacement boiler was needed, recommended a suitable Vailaint boiler replacement, agreed the cost for the work to be carried out. They turned up as agreed and over the 2 days planned, installed a new boiler, associated works including new radiators and left us with a warm house and hot water. The team were very accommodating, taking great care in their workmanship, and respecting our home. Accomplished gas installed a full system boiler (hi-spec Vaillant system boiler) and cylinder, along with waster softener and water based underfloor heating. Owen was quick to respond to my query on here. He provided a clear outline of cost and timescale to complete job. Very flexible with booking in. I had requested just an install of radiator and paint work behind all of which I supplied. Queried on the day about kitchen tap replacement and also drip from end point of radiator in hallway. Pearce arrived as scheduled and completed works quickly quietly and communicated throughout each step to ensure I was happy with it all.
