Really great experience with Owen. He was prompt to respond to my urgent enquiry, clearly explained what could be done to resolve my ongoing water leak and kept me updated on his ETA. On arrival he was pleasant, extremely patient in answering my questions and properly explained exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem and whilst he couldn’t completely resolve the issues on this visit for reasons outside of his control, Owen stopped the leak and allowed me to leave my property for a fortnight’s holiday 2 hours later. Very grateful and would recommend!

Owen and the team were very professional and courteous. They identified the problem with my boiler and heating system, agreed a replacement boiler was needed, recommended a suitable Vailaint boiler replacement, agreed the cost for the work to be carried out. They turned up as agreed and over the 2 days planned, installed a new boiler, associated works including new radiators and left us with a warm house and hot water. The team were very accommodating, taking great care in their workmanship, and respecting our home. We would definitely recommend Owen and the team to new customers!

Accomplished gas installed a full system boiler (hi-spec Vaillant system boiler) and cylinder, along with waster softener and water based underfloor heating. Great experience and a pleasure, all installed guaranteed and certified. Great service, prompt and pro-active!
